How to Apply for AIIMS Raipur Recruitment 2023

• The online application portal for the advertised posts can be accessed on AIIMS Raipur’s website (aiimsraipur.edu.in).
• Interested candidates who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria must apply online following the procedure mentioned in this advertisement.
• Before applying, candidates should thoroughly review the eligibility criteria to ensure they meet all requirements to avoid disqualification at a later stage.
• During the form-filling process, candidates are not required to send any documents. However, they must keep a PDF copy and/or printout of the online application form for future reference. These documents will be needed during the document verification (DV) process or when requested.
• The age and qualifications of candidates will be considered as of the last date of online application submission, which is 19.07.2023. The required period of experience, if specified, will be counted after obtaining the prescribed qualification.
• Candidates currently employed in Government Organizations, Statutory Bodies, PSUs, or Autonomous Bodies must submit a NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their parent organization during the document verification (DV) process. Failure to do so will disqualify them from further recruitment proceedings.
• As per the Ministry of Education (formerly MHRD) Notification dated 27.08.2018, degrees/diplomas/certificates earned through Open and Distance Learning mode of education by Universities established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature, Institutions under Section 3 of the UGC Act, 1956, and Institutions of National Importance (INIs) declared under an Act of Parliament are automatically recognized for employment under the Central Government if approved by the UGC and, where necessary, by AICTE.
• Candidates with equivalent educational qualifications must provide a relevant Equivalence Certificate from the authorities concerned during the Document Verification process. However, the final decision regarding equivalence and selection of such candidates will be made by AIIMS Raipur.
• Detailed scrutiny of applications for eligibility and other aspects will not be conducted before or during the Computer-Based Test (CBT). Therefore, applications will be accepted provisionally. Candidates must ensure they fulfill the eligibility criteria regarding educational qualification, relevant experience, and age before applying. Candidature may be canceled if any information or claim is found unsubstantiated during the subsequent recruitment process or document verification, and the concerned candidate will be solely responsible for this.
• Success in the CBT/interview does not guarantee an appointment unless AIIMS Raipur verifies the candidate’s suitability during the necessary verification process.
• Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must be declared medically fit by the competent Medical Board to be appointed.
• Probation: Selected individuals will be appointed on probation as per the existing rules.
• Final Decision: AIIMS Raipur’s decision on all matters related to this recruitment, including eligibility, mode of selection, examination schedule, examination center allotment, final selection, etc., will be considered final and binding. No representations regarding these matters will be entertained.
• Disqualification: The following individuals shall not be eligible for appointment to the service: (a) Those who have married a person with a living spouse, or (b) Those who have a living spouse and have married another person. However, the Central Government may exempt a person from these disqualifications if satisfied with the reasons/grounds, and if such a marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to the candidate and the other party to the marriage.

General Instructions for Candidates

• AIIMS Raipur is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India. Service under the Institute is governed by the Act and the Rules/Regulations framed under the Act. The matter of technical resignation is under consideration at the administrative ministry, and admissible benefits, if any, will be granted as per the ministry’s decision.
• In addition, to paying, selected candidates will be entitled to other allowances and service benefits such as DA, HRA (or accommodation), TA, Leave, LTC, NPS, Employee Health Scheme, etc., as admissible to employees of AIIMS Raipur.
• All appointees are expected to adhere to the rules of conduct and discipline applicable to employees of AIIMS Raipur.
• The candidate may be disqualified from the CBT/recruitment process due to the following reasons: (a) Using unfair means during the CBT/recruitment process; (b) Violating instructions mentioned in the e-Admit Card or given by officials; (c) Impersonating or procuring impersonation by any person; (d) Misbehaving during the examination hall/place of document verification (DV); (e) Damaging infrastructure/equipment in the examination hall/place of DV; (f) Obstructing the conduct of examination/recruitment process; (g) Instigating other candidates to boycott the examination/DV process; (h) Providing incorrect or false statements, suppressing material information, submitting fabricated documents, etc.; (i) Displaying any other inappropriate and undisciplined behavior during the process.
• If any information or declaration provided by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate has willfully suppressed any material information relevant to this recruitment, the candidate will be liable to be removed from the service, and appropriate action may be taken against them by the appointing authority.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
• The candidate’s date of birth as filled in the online application form and as recorded in the Matriculation/Secondary Examination Certificate will be accepted by the Institute for determining the age, and no subsequent requests for changes will be considered or granted.
• Candidates should note that their candidature will remain provisional until the veracity of the submitted documents is verified by AIIMS Raipur.
• In case of any inadvertent mistake in the selection process detected after the issue of the appointment letter, the Institute reserves the right to modify/withdraw any communication made to the candidate.
• The Director of AIIMS Raipur reserves the right to amend, cancel, or make changes to this advertisement as a whole or in part without assigning any reason.
• No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the recruitment process/test/interview.
• Candidates may use either Hindi or English language in the selection process, except for the language test, which will be conducted in the concerned language only.
