Job description (Roles and Responsibilities)
- Change control for any changes in SOP required for the QC department.
- Cleaning validation was performed and analysis in the lab along with documentation review and submitted to the QA department.
- Manage and maintain the company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes, and finished goods.
- In-house and third-party Calibrations of all QC instruments as per schedule. Facing audits for the regulated market. Handling analysis of RM, PM & finished goods Working with HPLC, GC, IR & other sophisticated instruments. Desired Candidate Profile
- Significant exposure to operating, and handling the calibration of sophisticated instruments like HPLC, GC, GC-HS. Karl Fisher
- Working on other sophisticated instruments would be an added advantage.
- Awareness of GMP guidelines
