Only online applications will be accepted. Incomplete or improperly filled applications will be canceled. If the details submitted online don’t match the original documents, the application will be canceled.

The mentioned essential qualifications are the minimum requirements, and having them doesn’t guarantee selection. All essential qualifications must be completed by the date of the recruitment notice.
Upload relevant documents in one PDF file during the online application, including:
Proof of Address (Passport/Voter ID Card/AADHAR Card/Driving License).
Photo proof identity card (Passport or Voter ID Card or AADHAAR Card or PAN Card).
Experience Certificate if applicable.
Printed copy of the online application form for document verification and future reference.
Retain the Online Registration Number for future reference.
Submit Computer Education certificates/documents as required.
All experience certificates must be issued and stamped by the appropriate authority, listed from oldest to latest. Engagement letters or offer letters won’t be considered as experience certificates.
Experience will be calculated from the date of obtaining the required qualification until the last date of the online application.
If possible, provide a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from your current employer.
Calculate Higher Secondary (10+2) percentage of marks as per the norms of the relevant Board. Marks will be calculated based on 2 languages and 3 compulsory elective subjects.
University marks for Graduation will be calculated based on marks obtained in all University Examinations.
The place of posting may change according to vacancies or requirements at the time of joining.
The recruitment process will follow the Terms of Reference (TOR) applicable to each post. Any incorrect information in the application may result in cancellation at any stage of the selection process.
Anomalies or discrepancies found in the applicant’s requirements or documents may lead to cancellation at any stage of the selection process, even after selection.
If new vacancies arise during the recruitment process, candidates will be selected from the panel prepared from this Recruitment notification. The panel will be valid for one year from the date of publishing the list of selected candidates.
The decision of the Competent Authority regarding recruitment is final.
Application fees are Rs. 100/- for the Unreserved category and Rs. 50/- for the reserved category (SC/ST/OBC-A & OBC-B). Fees must be paid through the ‘Online Payment Gateway’ during the online application. Applications without fees will not be accepted.
Applicants must be permanent residents of West Bengal.
