Job Description :
- Design and development of powder/liquid formulations and premixes based on specifications.
- Preparing a sample in accordance with the demands from the marketing team and sending it for analysis as well as to the customer for a trial period.
- Conduct stability studies, create protocols, and write stability study reports.
- Maintained lab equipment and instruments calibrated.
- Keep records of all day-to-day job requirements, including lab trials, MFR, reports, analytical reports, samples sent out, marketing inquiries, audits, and other documentation.
- To follow up on and examine documents and sample data for pending analyses.
- To follow up on pending analysis reports and billing from external customers and outsourced labs.
- Purchasing fresh raw materials in accordance with requirements.
- Organizing internal training activities, imparting safety information, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed
- To insure audit compliance.
- To protect against data integrity issues.
- The obligation to create and sustain high-quality products.
