UKPSC Drug Inspector Vacancy 2023

There are 19 vacancies available for the position of Drug Inspector Gr-II (Group C). The selected candidates will receive a salary in the range of Rs. 44,900 to Rs. 1,42,400.

UKPSC Drug Inspector Eligibility Criteria 2023

To be eligible for this recruitment, candidates should have a degree in Pharmacy/Pharmaceutical Sciences/Medicine with a specialization in Clinical Pharmacology/Microbiology from a recognized Indian university.

As per the Mandatory/Desirable Qualification Rules, 2010 (as amended), for recruitment to Group ‘C’ posts within and outside the ambit of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, the following eligibility criteria apply:

Educational Qualification: Candidates applying for Group ‘C’ posts, whether within or outside the ambit of the Uttarakhand Public Service Commission, must have passed their high school (10th standard) and intermediate (12th standard) or an equivalent level of education from recognized institutions located in the state of Uttarakhand.

Exception for Military/Paramilitary Personnel: Personnel working in military/paramilitary forces and regularly appointed to regular posts in the State Government or any government/semi-government institution established under it are eligible to apply for these posts. Additionally, personnel regularly working in Uttarakhand on regular posts in the Central Government or Central Government Public Undertakings, along with their spouses and children, can also apply. The condition for these individuals is that their services cannot be transferred out of Uttarakhand.
