UPPC Registration Requirements:

To register as a pharmacist in Uttar Pradesh, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  1. Hold a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from a PCI-recognized institute
  2. Pass the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved pharmacy council exam (if applicable in UP state pharmacy council)
  3. Complete a mandatory internship of at least one year at a recognized pharmacy (if applicable in UP State Pharmacy Council)

UPPC Registration 2023, How to Apply:

To apply for pharmacy registration in Uttar Pradesh, candidates will need to complete the following steps:

Step 1: Visit the UPSPC website and create an online account

Step-2 By using the system, scroll down to see the “online service option” to start registration with UPPCI in 2023

Step 4: Upload the required documents as mentioned below in the article and finally submit your form.

If the application is successful, candidates will receive a pharmacy registration certificate, which is valid for five years. To maintain their registration, pharmacists must complete continuing education requirements and renew their registration every five years (not applicable in UP state).

  1. Click on the “Registration” tab on the homepage
  2. Click on the “Application status” link
  3. Select or enter your registration number in the provided field
  4. Click on the “Search” button to view your registration status
  5. Check your registration no. inside list

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR THE VERIFICATION PROCESS

  1. FOR FIRST REGISTRATION
  • Marksheet of 10th.
  • Marksheet of 12th.
  • Marksheet of D.harma/B.Pharma Degree in Pharmacy for all the years
  • Certificate of 10th and 12th
  • D.harma/B. Pharma Degree Provisional certificate issued from the college showing passed D.harma/B.Pharma Degree in pharmacy exams.
  • 500 hours Practical Training certificate from Pharmacy Council of India recognized Government Semi-Government and Government aided Hospitals for D.Pharma candidates only.
  • Current Domicile Certificate (issued within six months) for those candidates who are passed from outside of UP.
  • Six Colored Passport Size Photographs.
    Note: Candidates are required to carry an original copy of all documents for verification.

FOR TRANSFER CASES

  • Marksheet of 10th.
  • Marksheet of 12th.
  • Marksheet of D.harma/B.Pharma Degree in Pharmacy for all the years
  • Certificate of 10th and 12th
  • D.harma/B. Pharma Degree Provisional certificate issued from the college showing passed D.harma/B.Pharma Degree in pharmacy exams.

  1. I have offline pci registration. During filling renewal I fill in the new registration so how can I delete it after that new I go to renewal.
