Job Profile:
- To keep in touch with 50 KOLs from Metros directly for discussion related to brand as well as strategy
- To keep in touch with 50 KOLs from Metros directly for discussion related to brand as well as strategy.
- Tracking of Brand-wise, and territory-wise sales and providing feedback to the field force and GM.
- Net surfing/gathering information for Existing as well as New Products
- Making Strategies and creating inputs for field staff
- Experience in Ophthalmic Segment is preferable
- KOL Management & Handling key customers.
- Conducting quarterly Cycle Meetings.
- To provide CME material to field force and to ensure implementation.
- Development of effective communication related to allotted brands.
- Creativity/innovation in the development of communication strategy.
- Meeting deadlines associated with the timely dispatch of Promo-materials
- Briefing the artists on the development of Artwork with visuals.
- To Improve the Mortel Shore of the Brands responsible for.
- Should know about importing Training
- Fieldwork as per requirement
