Coordination with various departments like RA, Manufacturing, Warehouse, QA, QC, and Engineering for execution of scale-up and exhibit batches. Review GMP-related documents for equipment at the facility. |
| -Facilitate change controls for various reasons. Initiate change controls due to revisions in BMR / BPRs and other PD-related changes. Study critical parameters during scale-up batches for optimizing CPPs and CQAs. – Provide input for batch size, process feasibility, and optimization. | |||||
| – Monitor and ensure readiness to execute scale-up / validation/ exhibit batches. – Liaise with R&D, PM & Miscellaneous teams. – Actively involved in scale-up and exhibit batches. – Having experience with Infusion Bag (TS & Aseptic) manufacturing is an advantage. |
