Qualification: M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry) / B. Tech. (Chemical)

Job Description:

Selecting/modification of flow reactor for ROS
Planning lab work, preparation of RS / WS, and their characterization.
Modification and scale-up.
Preparation and tentative specification & MSDS for RM and intermediates.
Process verification & identification of critical parameters.
Stability & degradation studies of the compound.
Carry out studies on impurities and their analytical methods and characterization.
Preparation of development history report.
To initiate the technology, transfer to pilot plant or production.
To carry out risk analysis.
To initiate and provide the required data for report preparation.
To organize and manage the manpower in shifts.
To look after RM requisition and indent.
To maintain the co-ordination between project stakeholders in the R&D.
To coordinate with the analytical department by providing them with requisite data to prepare specifications and methods of analysis.
Work with all safety precautions and under safe conditions in all concerned areas.
To recommend for RM, Lab equipment, glassware and chemicals requisitions.
