Packing:
- Responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of primary and secondary packing
- machines as per the SOP/BPR.
- Execution of batch packing activities such as Dispensing, Line clearance Over
- printing Blister/carton specimen approval.
- Experience in Blister Packing, Strip Packing & Carton Packing
Production:
- Responsible for the execution of production activities in Granulation, Compression,
- Coating and Capsule Filling area.
- Responsible for handling, RMG, FBD, Compression, Coating & Capsule Filling
- machines per SOP/BMR
- Responsible for Execution and review of BMR & BPR
- Ensuring daily cleaning activity and machine preventive maintenance as per schedule.

- Coordination with SCM for demand & planning, Purchase, packaging development,
- Logistics, QC, QA, and other departments for smooth functioning and accomplishing production as per customer requirements & organizational guidelines.Monitoring & controlling inventory during entry of the production process, WIPs (Blend and SFG), and FG and month every month. Participate in reviewing annual operation projection (AOP) to identify bottlenecks & enhancement.
