TN MRB Recruitment- Conditions and Qualification

1. The details candidates give about their birthdate, education, skills, and background are taken from what they fill in their online application. No one checks these details physically. So, their application is not final until the Board confirms their age, education, skills, background, etc., by physically checking. At every step, their application is not definite, and the Board can say no at any point, even after choosing them.
2. If a candidate says they have similar qualifications, they need to prove it.
3. People with the right qualifications, whether they’re registered in an employment office or not, can apply.

Reservation and Related Information

1. The number of openings at TN MRB Recruitment 2023 listed is just to give you an idea and might change (go up or down) before finalizing who gets hired.
2. The reservation rule follows the current guidelines. You can find detailed instructions about reservation in Annexure-2 and 3 of this notice.
3. Within the 30% reservation for Backward Classes, there’s a separate 3.5% reservation specifically for Backward Class Muslims (BCMs). All the benefits that apply to BC candidates also apply to BC Muslim candidates.
4. When you see ‘B.C.’ (Backward Class) anywhere, like in the online application, it means ‘B.C. (other than BCM) and B.C. (Muslims)’ [BCMs means Backward Class Muslims].
5. For direct recruitment to Group ‘C’ posts, 5% of the positions are reserved for Ex-servicemen according to the 200-point roster of the Government of Tamil Nadu. If you’re claiming to be an Ex-serviceman, you need to provide documents like a Discharge Certificate from the Defence Services or proof of pension. If you’re currently serving and not yet discharged, you’ll need to provide an undertaking (as in Annexure 8 A in Annexure – 8) and a certificate for serving personnel (Annexure 8 B in Annexure – 8).
6. There’s a 4% reservation for Differently Abled candidates (with a locomotory disability of the lower limb between 40% and 70%) as per certain government orders. These candidates need to provide a fitness certificate from the Medical Board (as in Annexure 7A / 7B of this notice). The certificate should be obtained from a Medical college’s Medical Board.
7. Under the Tamil Nadu Appointment on Preferential Basis in the Services under the State of Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (Amendment) Act, 2020, ‘Person Studied in Tamil Medium’ means someone who studied using Tamil as the medium of instruction up to the required educational qualification mentioned in the rules for direct recruitment in the services under the State.

TN Medical Services Board Recruitment- How to Apply Online

1. To apply at TN MRB Recruitment 2023, visit the Board’s Website mrb.tn.gov.in. Before applying, make sure you have a scanned color photo and signature saved on a CD/DVD/Pen drive.
2. You’ll need a valid email ID and Mobile Number for registration. Keep them active until the results are announced. MRB will contact you via email for verification and other messages.
3. Register your mobile number to receive SMS updates. All communication from MRB will be through email and SMS to your registered mobile number/email.
4. Remember, once you fill in your details in the online form (like Name, Category, Date of Birth, Address, Email ID), they can’t be changed after the deadline. So, fill in the form carefully.
5. Payment can be made online. Choose your payment method during the online application—options include Net Banking, Credit/Debit cards, and Mobile Wallets.
6. After providing payment details in the application, wait for the server’s confirmation. Don’t click Back or Refresh to avoid double charges.
7. Once the online transaction is done, a Registration Number and Password will be given. Keep these for future reference.
8. You can save or print your application in PDF after applying. Use your Registration Number and Password to download and print your application if needed.
9. No need to send printouts or documents to the Board. Your certificates will be verified later when called for.
10. If the notification requires it, present the necessary certificates to the Board when asked, without fail.
