Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution.
- Should be a registered Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, of 1948.
- Desirable: Experience in the manufacture/testing of transfusion fluids in a reputed hospital or industry.
Age Limit:
Not exceeding 27 years of age.
Period of Contract: The engagement is initially for one year or until the post is filled up on a regular basis, whichever is earlier.
AIIMS Guwahati Recruitment 2023: General Conditions:
Contract Basis: The positions are purely on a contract basis, initially for one year or until the post is filled on a regular basis, whichever is earlier.
No Regularization: Candidates selected on a contract basis shall have no claim for regularization of their services in AIIMS Raebareli.
Self-Verification: Applicants should ensure that they meet all the eligibility criteria specified in the advertisement.
Age and Qualification: The maximum age, qualifications, and experience should be as of the last date of the application receipt, which is 30 days from the publication of the advertisement in the Employment News.
Screening Criteria: Meeting the required qualifications and experience does not guarantee an interview. Applications will be screened by a Screening Committee, and only a limited number of candidates will be called for an interview. The screening criteria will be decided by AIIMS Raebareli, and no representations regarding this will be entertained. However, in case there aren’t enough candidates with the required experience, the experience criteria may be relaxed at the discretion of the Competent Authority.
Terms and Conditions: All other terms and conditions, including the selection process, will be decided by AIIMS Raebareli and will be binding.
Duties: The duties and responsibilities of employees will be as mentioned in the terms of reference for each position. Employees are expected to carry out all tasks assigned by the Executive Director or their authorized representatives.
Age Limit: The upper age limit for each position can be found in the terms of reference. The cut-off date to determine eligibility criteria, including the upper age limit, essential qualifications, and experience, is the last date of the submission of the application, which is 15th October 2023.
Age Relaxation: Age relaxation may be given to highly suitable candidates for certain positions, such as Senior Administrative Officer and Senior Procurement Officer.
Tenure: The engagement is purely on a contract basis initially for one year or until the post is filled up on a regular basis, whichever is earlier. Continued contractual engagement is subject to satisfactory performance and conduct. The contract does not guarantee continued employment.
Remuneration: Contractual employees will receive a monthly consolidated remuneration as specified in the terms of reference for each position. They will not be entitled to any other allowances, financial benefits, or concessions that regular Institute employees may receive.
Expiry of Contract: The engagement will automatically expire after one year unless renewed with mutual consent for a decided period. Either party can terminate the contractual engagement by giving 30 days’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
Leave: Leave entitlement will be as per the Institute’s policy, which may be amended from time to time.
Accommodation: The Institute will not provide accommodation, quarters, hostels, or any other housing facilities to contractual employees.
Right to Change Vacancies: The Competent Authority reserves the right to change the number of vacancies, withdraw the recruitment process in full or in part, and reject any or all applications without assigning any reasons or giving notice.
Minimum Qualification: Meeting the prescribed qualifications and experience is a minimum requirement, and possession of these qualifications does not guarantee selection.
Prohibition on Private Practice: Contractual appointees are prohibited from engaging in any kind of private practice.
Discipline and Conduct: Contractual employees must adhere to the rules of discipline and conduct applicable to Institute employees.
Travel Allowances: No travel or other allowances will be provided to candidates for interviews or joining the post.
No Conviction: Candidates should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will disqualify the candidate from consideration for the post.
False Information: If any declaration or information furnished by the candidate is found to be false or if the candidate wilfully suppresses material information, they may be removed from the engagement.
Final Decision: The decision of the Competent Authority regarding the selection of candidates will be final, and no representations in this regard will be entertained.
