AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024 Overview:

AIIMS Jammu Recruitment 2024 has invited applications in the prescribed format from eligible Officers of the Central/State Government, Union Territories, Autonomous Bodies, Universities, Public Sector Undertakings, Research and Development Organizations, and Police Departments of Central/State/Union Territories. This call is to fill various Group ‘A,’ ‘B,’ & ‘C’ posts on a Deputation Basis at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Jammu, an autonomous body established by an Act of Parliament.

Eligibility Criteria:

Officers under Central/State/Union Territories Member Governments/Universities/Statutory Bodies or Autonomous Bodies or Research and Development Organizations:

• Holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or With 6 years of regular service in the grade of Pharmacist Grade II in the Grade Pay of Rs. 2800/-

Information for the Candidates:

• The number of posts is tentative and may change based on the Institute’s requirements.
• The deputation period for the advertised posts shall follow DoPT Guidelines.
• The maximum age limit for applying for the posts on deputation is 56 years as of the last date of receipt of the application.
• Other eligibility criteria will be regulated as per the relevant Recruitment Rules/DoPT instructions.
• Eligible officers may submit their applications in the prescribed proforma at Annexure-I through proper channels to The Administrative Officer, AIIMS, Jammu.
• The envelope should be superscripted “Application for the Post of __________________________________________on Deputation Basis”.
• Applications should be forwarded through proper channels within 30 days of the advertisement publication, accompanied by attested copies of the up-to-date APARs/ACRs for the last five (05) years, Vigilance Clearance Certificate, and Integrity Certificate.
• The last date for receipt of completed applications is within 29 days from the day of publication of this notification in the Newspapers.
• In case of Officers already on deputation, the applications should be forwarded by the parent cadre/Department along with Cadre Clearance, Vigilance Clearance, and Integrity Certificate.
• No Objection Certificate is also required from the present employer/department.

Instructions to The Candidates:

• All posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Samba, Vijaypur, Jammu.
• The post(s) are full-time, and private practice of any kind is prohibited.
• Candidates may be posted at rural health and urban health centers or other centers attached to the Institute for a period to be decided by the Institute.
• Canvassing of any kind will lead to disqualification.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law.
• If any information given by the candidate is found to be false, or if the candidate has suppressed material information relevant to this appointment, they will be liable to be repatriated.
• The Competent Authority reserves the right to amend, cancel, or change this advertisement without notice.
• The decision of the Competent Authority regarding interview, document verification, and selection will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
• All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Law at Samba, Vijaypur, Jammu.
