The Selection Process for AIIMS Patna Recruitment 2023 includes the following Stages:

General Condition
- The posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status stationed at Patna.
- Aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect can submit their application only through Online mode. The Online registration of the application will be made available on AIIMS Patna’s official website i.e. http://www.aiimspatna.edu.in. in due course of time. The website has a link for submitting online applications for the positions mentioned above, as well as additional relevant details. The deadline for online applications is the 30th day after the date of publication in Employment News/ Rojgar Samachar. There is no need to send any documents, including the Registration Slip from the online application form. However, all the applicants are advised to keep a copy of the registration slip with them, along with proof of payment (online payment receipt) for future reference.
- Applicants applying to this advertisement should ensure their eligibility for the position applied for. They must meet all of the qualifying conditions as of the application deadline, or their application will be rejected. The required educational qualifications/experience must be achieved on or before the application deadline.. In case of educational qualification including an internship on or before the last date of submission of application and should have been declared to have passed the examination on or before this date. Likewise, the candidate must have completed the duration of desired experience on or before the cut-off date i.e. last date of submission of the online application.
- Success in Examination/CBT (Computer Based Test) followed by Skill Test (if any) confers no right of appointment to candidates unless AIIMS Patna is satisfied after such verification as may be deemed necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post selected for.
- The Online application will be closed on the 30th day from the date of publication in Employment News/Rojgar Samachar. The candidature of such applicants who fails to complete the online application submission by the stipulated date and time will not be considered and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained. Candidate must apply through the registered website of AIIMS Patna i.e. www.aiiimspatna.edu.in only. Applications received through any other mode will not be accepted and summarily rejected.
- If a candidate chooses to apply for more than one position, he or she must fill out the form separately and pay the application fee for each vacancy.
- Candidates must fill in all the required fields of the online application form correctly. There is no provision for correcting the details after the submission of the online application form. Request for change in any information at a later stage will not be considered and summarily rejected.
- The candidate must ensure that their photo, signature, and thumb impression are in accordance with the guidelines outlined in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ section of the General links and are clearly visible in the preview when filling out the online application. If the photo/signature/thumb impression image is not as per the instructions given in the ‘Upload Image Instructions’ in that case, the application will be rejected. So, be very careful while uploading your photo, signature, and thumb impression.
