Requirement for Injectable Manufacturing/ Production Department
We are Looking for Suitable Candidates for Injectable/ Parenteral Unites for
- SEZ Matoda Planta, Ahmedabad
- PIPAN-Sanand Plant, Ahmedabad
- Palli, Sachana Plant, Ahmedabad

Area: Aseptic, Controlled area Operation (Sealing, Filling, filtration, intervention, Autoclave, Batch Manufacturing, terminal sterilization, Visual Inspection testing/ VIT, etc).
Line: LYO, Vial bag Line, Ophthalmic, PFS, Cartridges, Robotic Line (Vial), Emulsion Line
Machine Exposure: Sterile eye drop machine (Groninger/ Optima), Dyno Truking filling and sealing machine, Bosch filling machine, Steam sterilizer (Fedegree)

Desired Profile:
- To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
- Must be from a Parenteral background & exposure to the Aseptic vial/ Bottle filling process is desirable.
- To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objectives and fulfilling the requirements of the quality of the company’s service using applicable quality procedures.
- Sound technical knowledge of the Aseptic area and controlled area-related activities.
- Technical exposure and expertise in filling and autoclave machines.
- Knowledge of Regulatory guidelines and exposure to USFDA audits.
- Knowledge of change control, Deviation, CAPA, and documentation in the manufacturing area of injectables.
- Expertise in batch manufacturing and preparation-related activities.
- Knowledge of equipment Validation and qualifications in injectables.
- Preparation & review of BMR-BPR
Preferred Exposure for Ophthalmic line: Three pieces of Sterile eye drop filling machine operation (Groninger/ Optima), Dynomill Operation, autoclave (Fedegari) Manufacturing and Filtration vessel operation, CIP and SIP processing.
Candidate with good communication & interpersonal skills, computer knowledge, exposure to cGMP/ GLP, and understanding of regulatory requirements will be preferred.
Note: Candidate should have 01 to 06 years of relevant experience in USFDA regulatory approved pharmaceuticals (Preferred 21 CFR compliance) organization.
