Biotech Vision Care Walk-In Interview For Microbiology/ Stability (INJECTABLE) Study on 8th June 2024

1) EXECUTIVE MICROBIOLOGIST (INJECTABLE)

  • BET testing of WFI, Rinse, Buffer, Raw Material, Bulk, Finish, and Packing Material.
  • Environmental monitoring by Settle plate method & Microbial air sampler. Personal monitoring.
  • Bioburden testing and observation of WFI, PW, and RAW WATER as per daily schedule.
  • Growth Promotion Test of all Media with control
  • Micro testing for market complaint sample
  • Validation of various Equipment like Autoclave, DHS oven, etc., and product validation by BET test and maintain its records.
  • Validation of water system as per schedule seasonal validation of water system WFI & PW

2) EXECUTIVE STABILITY STUDY (INJECTABLE)

  • Prepare a stability study protocol, Report, and perform gap assessment in stability analysis as per regulatory guidance.
  • Provide stability-related documents to RA for MDR audit preparation and provide documents for Immediate response against any finding during the audit and implementation of MDR as per MDR guidance.
  • Provide training on handling, executing, and compiling a stability study report.
  • Support different regulatory and consumer audits, as well as timely responses to QMS and complaints.
  • Thorough knowledge about the performance of stability studies in the GMP area.
  • To arrange stability samples, monitor the chamber daily, and examine the stability temperature and RH printouts.
