Research Associate position available for Ph.D., M.Pharm, and MSc students at Banaras Hindu University. Applications are being accepted from highly motivated candidates for the position of Research Associate in the Department of Gastroenterology, Institute of Medical Sciences, as part of the ICMR-DHR funded project “An assigned study to investigate the role of rifaximin compared to standard of care in reducing infectious complications in acute pancreatitis” at Banaras Hindu University (project no. P-14/0789). This position is temporary for 9 months and runs parallel with the project.

| Exprience | 3 years of research experience after MSc in Biologic Sciences / M.Pharma with at least one research paper in the Science Citation Index (SCI) Journal. |
| Desirable qualification / Experience: | The candidate has a good publication in peer review Journals, research experience in handling laboratory instruments/molecular techniques, good scientific writing, and preparation of research reports. Candidates who have research experience in pancreatitis and the clinical area will be given preference. |
