The District Health and Family Welfare Society (DHFWS) in Narnaul is inviting applications in the prescribed format from eligible candidates to fill the following vacant contractual positions, which have been approved under various schemes of the NHM Programmes. These positions are available in different Health Institutions of District Mahendragarh located in Narnaul. The recruitment will be done according to the NHM selection criteria and will take place at the Civil Surgeon Office, Narnaul. These positions are purely on a contractual basis and will be initially valid until March 31, 2024. The last date for submitting application forms, complete in all aspects, is September 4, 2023.

DHFWS Narnaul Recruitment Required Qualification:

1. Unani Dispenser from a recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of the Indian System of Medicine or
2. Up-Vaidya from a recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of the Indian System of Medicine with Urdu knowledge and Govt. recognition or
3. Two-year Diploma in Ayurveda Pharmacy from a recognized University/Institution/Board/Faculty of the Indian System of Medicine and Govt. recognition.

Experience:

1. Two years as Pharmacist/Compounder in Govt. Homeopathy Dispensary/Hospital or
2. Three years under a Registered Medical Practitioner in Homeopathy.

Education:

Passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

Language:

Proficiency in Hindi/Sanskrit up to Matric level.

DHFWS Narnaul Recruitment Document Verification:

Original documents supporting academic qualifications and work experience must be produced during the Document Verification, the date of which will be displayed on the NHM Haryana website nhmharyana.gov.in. Preference will be given to candidates residing in the local area, and proof of residence is required as per letter no. NHM/Admin/HRC-1/2022-23/10885-905 dated 20-03-2023.

Important Instructions:

• No travel allowance or daily allowance will be provided for attending the document verification process.
• Carefully review the selection criteria before completing the application form.
• Applications will be accepted at the Civil Surgeon’s office in Narnaul on all working days until 05:00 PM on 04-09-2023.
• Unfilled, incomplete, or unsigned application forms will be rejected.
• Note to all candidates: Any attempt to influence or canvass with officers involved in the selection and recruitment process will result in immediate disqualification.
• Selection criteria for these posts will be followed as per letter no. NHM/Admin/HRC-1/2022-23/10885-905 dated 20-03-2023.
• If a candidate applies for multiple posts, separate application forms with relevant documents must be submitted. One application will be considered for one post only.
• District authorities (CMO Office) reserve the right to reject any application that contains misleading information.
• No documents will be accepted after submitting the application form.
• The number of posts may be increased or decreased by the NHM.
• Reserved category posts will be filled according to the Haryana Government policy. Candidates under the Ex-serviceman category must provide an eligibility certificate from the respective Zila Sainik Board. The certificate must be issued or renewed before the date of this advertisement to be considered valid.
• All positions are non-transferable, and selected candidates will remain posted at the place of appointment.
• Appointing authority may assign additional work or placement under NHM.
• Staff must maintain headquarters and reside at the place of posting.
• No separate call letter will be issued for Document Verification.
• The list of eligible candidates for Document Verification will be displayed on the NHM Haryana website nhmharyana.gov.in.
• Unsatisfactory performance and conduct may result in termination. Service Bye-Laws governing contractual employees of the State Health Mission, Haryana, 2018, will apply to selected candidates.
• Candidates with pending criminal cases are not eligible to apply for these posts.
• No moral turpitude case should be pending against the applicant.
• The candidate’s involvement in any police case or anti-social activity is not allowed.
• The candidate’s candidature is provisional. If they do not meet eligibility criteria or provide incorrect/false information, their candidature/appointment/contract will be terminated immediately.
• If the candidate’s education is from a private/deemed university, a UGC-approved certificate for the university and course for the relevant year of passing must be submitted.
• If the candidate’s qualification is from a distance mode/regular mode, the university must be approved by the Distance Education Council or joint committee of DEC, UGC, and AICTE, as applicable. Proof of approval is the applicant’s responsibility. Qualification must be completed before the application submission deadline.
• Selected candidates cannot claim regularization based on duties performed under this contract, as they are engaged in a project financed by the Government of India with a specific tenure.
• As per letter no 1/752/NHM/A4/2014/97391-429 dated 11.03.2014 from O/o MD NHM Haryana, “There is no provision to allow private practice after duty times or on holidays for staff recruited under NHM.”
