LHMC Pharmacist Recruitment: Qualification and Criteria

Essential qualification: 1. 12th passed in Science subjects with Diploma / Degree in Pharmacy.

Essential Experience: – One year of experience in a relevant field.
Desirable: Preference will be given to those having prior experience in anti-microbial consumption studies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct studies on the use of antibiotics and analyze prescription patterns.
• Analyze data and distinguish between reports on antibiotic usage.
• Attend training sessions and workshops organized by NCDC (National Centre for Disease Control).
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the HOD (Head of Department) or AMR Nodal Officer as part of the program.

LHMC Pharmacist Recruitment Terms and Conditions:

• For LHMC Pharmacist Recruitment, No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for attending the interview.
• Meeting the essential qualifications and experience requirements does not guarantee selection. The decision of the selection committee is final, and no appeals will be considered. The selection committee reserves the right to modify selection procedures and rules.
• Applications not submitted in the prescribed format with supporting documents will be rejected.
• Qualifications and experience should be in a relevant field and from a recognized institution or organization. Experience will be counted from the date of completing the minimum educational qualifications. Age and experience will be considered as of the date of the walk-in interview.
• Providing incorrect or false information during the interview or skill assessment process will disqualify the candidate.
• Attempting to influence the LHMC Pharmacist Recruitment selection process through canvassing or external pressure in any form will result in disqualification.
• All LHMC Pharmacist Recruitment positions are on a contractual basis. There are no provident fund benefits, leave, travel concessions, or medical claims since the positions are purely contractual. Contract renewal is subject to budget availability, satisfactory performance, and program needs.
• Candidates have no claim to permanent employment with LHMC (Lady Hardinge Medical College), the central government, or continuation in any other project.
• Eligible candidates can participate in the interview or skill assessment. Interviews will take place after document registration and verification. No late entries will be allowed.

• Candidates must bring all original certificates, educational qualifications, proof of birth date, experience certificates, a recent passport-sized photograph, identification proof (e.g., Aadhar/Pan card/Voter ID/DL), and self-attested photocopies of all documents for verification during the walk-in interview for LHMC Pharmacist Jobs.
• Late arrivals after the scheduled date and time will not be allowed to participate in the interview.

• The competent authority will assess the work of candidates appointed on a contractual basis. If the assessment is unsatisfactory, the authority reserves the right to terminate the appointment without prior notice.
