The Dhule Mobile Medical Unit, a part of the District Integrated Health and Family Welfare Society, is seeking to fill contract positions specifically designed for remote and extremely distant regions.

Terms and Conditions

  1. The mentioned positions are temporary and offered on a daily basis. If the appointment occurs on June 29, 2024, or if these positions are declined by the Government, the services of the applicants will end without prior notice.
  2. The advertised roles aren’t regular government positions; they are solely based on salary. No permanency rights exist for these roles, and government service regulations do not apply. Applicants won’t have the opportunity to join regular government service or seek government-related employment protections.
  3. Applicants must be physically and mentally fit for the respective positions and should not have any criminal cases registered against them.
  4. Remuneration will be provided for the aforementioned contractual positions.
  5. The number of vacancies mentioned in the advertisement might change, along with the vacancies themselves. All instructions regarding this matter are under the jurisdiction of the Chief Executive Officer G.P., Dhule.
  6. Candidates with experience and higher educational qualifications will be given preference.
  7. Candidates applying for multiple positions should submit separate applications for each post.
  8. If applying for multiple positions, candidates should also submit the priority order of these posts to the office before the interview along with their applications.
  9. Any attempt by a candidate to influence the appointment based on selection list marks will result in the cancellation of their selection.
  10. The maximum age limit for the advertised post will be 38 years for the open category and 43 years for the backward category on the date of advertisement.
  11. Selection for these positions will be based on the number of applications received. A merit list will be prepared, and selection will be made accordingly.
  12. Experience in Government, Semi-Government, and National Health Mission roles will be considered during the selection process.
  13. During the contract period, applicants cannot request a change of location based on convenience.
  14. For technical posts, staff nurses, drug makers, medical officers, etc., applicants must attach the registration certificate of the relevant council. Failure to do so will disqualify them from the interview.
  15. The suspension, cancellation, or change of the recruitment process is under the authority of all officers at the Chief Executive Officer level. No claims can be made regarding this matter.
  16. Applications, as per the prescribed format, along with photocopies of necessary documents, should be submitted in person at National Health Mission, District Hospital Awar, Sakri Road Dhule, from 01/01/2024 to the deadline on 03/01/2024 by 05.00 PM, excluding Government Holidays.
  17. Candidates appearing for the interview won’t receive any travel or other allowances. Additionally, they should enclose a blank envelope with a Rs. 5/- postage stamp along with the application form.
  18. The timeline for the recruitment process is as follows: starting from 03/01/2024, including screening, written examination/interview processes, publishing the selection list, and receiving and addressing objections. Detailed information will be periodically published on the website mahaarogya.gov.in.

NHM Dhule Recruitment— Selection Process

The selection process and interview criteria are based on a total of 100 marks, divided as follows:

Educational Qualifications (weighted at 50%): 50 Marks
Additional Qualifications (weighted at 20%): 20 Marks
Government/Semi-Government/NHM Experience OR MMU (maximum of 6 Marks per year, up to 30 Marks): 30 Marks
