Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling the following categories of posts under the District Programme Management Unit (DPMU), National Health Mission, and Dr. YSR Urban Health Clinics in the Erstwhile East Godavari District in offline mode.

NHM Kakinada Recruitment 2023 Age Required
Candidates must be between 18 to 42 years of age as of the date of issue of the notification. There is a 5-year age exemption for S.C., S.T., and B.C. categories, 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates, and 15 years for Ex-servicemen.
Application Submission:
Candidates must submit their applications in the format provided below along with the following self-attested documents to the DM&HO Office, Kakinada:
a. Copy of SSC Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
b. Copy of Intermediate Certificate
c. Copies of Academic/Technical Educational qualifications mentioned in column 6, against the Post applied in column 2 of the table in Annexure-II.
d. Copies of Marks Memos for qualifications mentioned in column No.6, against each Post applied in Column 2 in Annexure-II.
e. Copy of Latest Caste Certificate (within 1 year) issued by Mandal Revenue Officers concerned for SC, ST, and BC candidates; otherwise, they will be treated as OC.
f. If applying under P.H. Quota, enclose the latest Disability certificate issued by the Medical Board (SADAREM).
NHM Kakinada Recruitment 2023 Calculation of marks:
75% Aggregate of marks obtained in all years of the qualifying examination.
Weightage of 15% for experience in Government service, including contract/outsourcing service as per G.O.Ms.No. 163 HM&FW(B1) Dept., dated 12-09-2018, G.O.Ms.No. 301 HM&FW(B1) Dept., dated 20-06-2020, and G.O.Ms. No. 07 HM&FW(B2) Dept., dated 06-01-2022. This is as follows:
For Rural and Urban Services:
@ 2.5 Marks per six months in Tribal areas
@ 2.0 Marks per six months in Rural Areas
@ 1.0 Mark per six months in Urban areas
For Covid Service: Weightage in proportion to days of service rendered for Covid staff who were appointed for a period of 6 months but discontinued not due to their fault. Completed months shall be taken as a unit (e.g., 2 months of service = 1/3rd weightage).
Weightage of up to 10 marks for each completed year since passing the year of qualifying examination and acquiring requisite qualification.
NHM Kakinada Recruitment Selection Process:
Selection will be based on merit cum roster as per rules in force.
Recruitment Process:
The recruitment process will be conducted by the District Selection Committee.
Recruitment Duration:
Recruitment is on a contract basis for an initial period of one year.
