Applications are invited from eligible candidates for filling the following categories of posts under the District Programme Management Unit (DPMU), National Health Mission, and Dr. YSR Urban Health Clinics in the Erstwhile East Godavari District in offline mode.

NHM Kakinada Recruitment 2023- Qualification, Age Required

To apply, you need a Diploma in Pharmacy or B.Pharmacy from a recognized Board or University. Also, you must be registered with the Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board and ensure your registration stays updated.

Here are the main points you need to know:

Reservations follow AP State and Subordinate Services Rules, including BC, SC, and ST reservations. Women’s reservations are as per General Rule 22-A (G.O.Ms.No.41, WD&CW (Estt) Dept., dated:-01-08- 1996).
Follow G.O.Ms.No.63, GA (Ser-D) Dept, dt: 17.04.2018, and related instructions.
Presidential order applies as per GO Ms No 674, GA (SPF.A) Dept, dated: 28.10.1975, GO P No.763 GA. (SPFA) Dept dated 15.11.1975 read With G.O.Ms.No.8 GA (SPF.A) Dept. dated.08.01.2002.
Reservations for differently-abled persons apply as per G.O.Ms.No.2 Department for WCDA & SC (Prog.11) dt 19.02.2020.
Reservations for economically weaker sections are as per G.O.Ms. No.73 GA (Services-D) dept., dt: 04.08.2021.
Ex-servicemen and meritorious sports persons have reservations based on existing rules.
The upper age limit is 42 years as of 01.07.2023. Age relaxations are applicable as per G.O.Ms.No.105 GA (Ser-A) dept., dated.27.09.2021.
Here are the relaxations:

SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates have a relaxation of 5 years.

Ex-service Men get a relaxation of 3 years in addition to their service length in the armed forces.
Differently, abled persons have a relaxation of 10 years.
The maximum age limit is 52 years with all relaxations combined.

Application Submission:

Candidates must submit their applications in the format provided below along with the following self-attested documents to the DM&HO Office, Kakinada:

• Copy of SSC Certificate (Proof of Date of Birth)
• Copy of Intermediate Certificate
• Copies of Academic/Technical Educational qualifications mentioned in column 6, against the Post applied in column 2 of the table in Annexure-II.
• Copies of Marks Memos for qualifications mentioned in column No.6, against each Post applied in Column 2 in Annexure-II.
• Copy of Latest Caste Certificate (within 1 year) issued by Mandal Revenue Officers concerned for SC, ST, and BC candidates; otherwise, they will be treated as OC.
• If applying under P.H. Quota, enclose the latest Disability certificate issued by the Medical Board (SADAREM).

NHM Kakinada Recruitment 2023 Calculation of marks:

a. Total Marks: 100

b. 75% of the marks will depend on the total marks obtained in all the years during the qualifying examination or any similar qualification.

c. Up to 10 marks can be gained at a rate of 1.0 marks per completed year after acquiring the necessary qualification mentioned in the pass certificate. This will be calculated until the date specified in the government memo No.4274/D1/2013, HM&FW (D1) Dept., dated 10.07.2014.

d. Up to 15% of the marks will be given to candidates working on a contract, outsourcing, or honorarium basis, or those providing COVID-19 services. This will be considered based on their satisfactory service, certified by the relevant authority, as per the specified government orders.

e. Weightage for contract employment will vary based on the working area:
(i) 2.5 marks for every six months in Tribal Areas,
(ii) 2.0 marks for every six months in Rural Areas,
(iii) 1.0 mark for every six months in Urban Areas.

f. The COVID-19 weightage applies only to individuals who have served for COVID-19 on a contract, outsourcing, or honorarium basis. Their appointment must be certified by the District Collector or another authorized authority, as per government orders.

g. Candidates claiming service weightage must submit their original contract/outsourcing/honorarium service certificate using the provided form. Applications without these service certificates will not be considered for service weightage.

Note: Previously obtained certificates are valid. If there is an additional service period, a new certificate must be obtained and enclosed. Contract service will be calculated until the notification date.

NHM Kakinada Recruitment Selection Process:

Selection will be based on merit cum roster as per rules in force.

Fee:

To apply, you need to include a demand draft for the application processing fee. The draft should be made in favor of the District Medical & Health Officer, as explained below:

For OC candidates: Rs. 300/-
For SC/ST/BC/Physically challenged candidates: Rs. 200/-“

Recruitment Process:

The recruitment process will be conducted by the District Selection Committee.

Recruitment Duration:

Recruitment is on a contract basis for an initial period of one year.
