Only applications submitted online at arogyasathi.gujarat.gov.in will be accepted. Applications sent by RPAD/Speed Post/Courier/Ordinary Post/In person or any other mode will not be considered.
Ensure a legible copy of the original document is uploaded in the software.
If candidates have renewed their registration with the concerned council, they must create and upload a PDF file along with the registration certificate and the renewal receipt/slip.
Applications with incomplete details, lacking requisite educational qualifications, experience certificates, H.Sc., Graduate’s Attempt Certificate, Council Registration Certificate, and other necessary certificates will be deemed invalid.
The age limit will be calculated on the last date of receipt of applications mentioned in the advertisement, i.e., 09-02-2024, for all candidates.
Candidates are restricted to applying only once for a single post.
The recruitment process will follow merit-based guidelines provided by the Government. In the case of identical merit, priority will be given to the candidate with a higher age.
The final decision on appointments is subject to the prevailing conditions of the Mission Director, District Health Society, Chief District Health Officer, and the National Health Mission.
All eligible candidates must attend document verification at their own expense on the specified date. The candidature of absent candidates on that day will be considered canceled.
