Novo Nordisk Hiring— Role
As a Quality Assurance Associate, your primary role is to ensure adherence to NN QMS in our outsourced warehousing partner in Ahmedabad. You will serve as the key quality contact person for warehousing activities. Your responsibilities include overseeing product receipt and handling, product release, repackaging, documentation control, and related activities. Additionally, you will conduct GMDP training for relevant employees of NN’s outsourced partner. Your key responsibilities are:
- Conduct random checks to ensure compliance with product receipts and dispatches.
- Monitor the handling and storage of NN products, reporting deviations and issues.
- Review temperature data monthly and ensure proper hygiene and pest controls at the NN outsourced warehouse.
- Evaluate and release NN-owned products, reviewing temperature excursions during transit and storage.
- Ensure GMP compliance by overseeing repacking on the shop floor.
- Review and approve batch documentation for repackaging before release.
- Review and provide comments on the Standard Operating System (SOP) for NN’s outsourced warehouse.
- Ensure proper archiving of NN-related documents, approve their destruction based on retention periods, and maintain, distribute, and implement procedures and quality agreement requirements.
- Provide QA oversight as per Novo Nordisk requirements.
- Review calibration certificates for cold rooms and product handling areas.
- Review product destruction documents and support quality requirements at the outsourced warehouse.

- Graduate in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Post-Graduate in life sciences.
- 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Quality Assurance.
