Roles and Responsibilities for Alkem Laboratories Walk-In MR Jobs:
- Promote company products to medical professionals in alignment with the company’s strategy to generate prescriptions.
- Ensure the availability of products by visiting chemists and stockists.
- Consistently achieve monthly targets.
- Regularly report fieldwork through designated channels.
- Provide timely feedback to superiors.
- Conduct CMEs, CRMs, and product promotion campaigns to create awareness and ensure a return on investments.
- Maintain ethical standards and uphold the positive image and integrity of the company.

Job Competencies and Skills:
Scientific Knowledge of the company’s product with USPs, Product mix, etc., Knowledge of the competitor’s product mix, brands, etc., in clinic performance and selling effectiveness, customer relationship establishment and maintenance for the furtherance of business, computer skills, and knowledge, territory knowledge.
