- Achieving monthly sales target (Primary & Secondary) year after year
- Root-cause identification for non-achievement of targets
- Pursue continuous Rx generation from the prescribers
- Focus on Doctors Per Brand and Brand Per Doctors
- Do Retail Chemist Prescription Audit (RCPA) for the entire Doctor List of the territory.
CUSTOMER DELIGHT (HIGHLY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS): - Proper Etiquette during the Customer interaction
- Well-groomed while visiting customers
- Should focus on Customer’s Profitability and Wellbeing
- Should focus on continued addition of loyal Customers
- Take continuous feedback from the Customers
PROCESS :
- Adhering to company norms of Call average & Doctor Coverage
- No deviation in the monthly tour plan
- Timely submission of Tour plan
- Generate POB per day and update the same in SFA
- Monitoring of non-prescribers every month
COMPLIANCE
- Daily Call Report (DCR) through SFA for a better understanding of business performance. Challenges & the support required from Managers.
- 100% Call Average and Coverage matrix as per the Business requirement
- 100% implementation of Marketing Strategies
- Regular updates in SFA such as Customer input, Competitor’s activity in your Area, challenges you faced & the support required from Managers.
EXECUTION EXCELLENCE
- 100% execution of brand activities and Customer Communication
- Retail availability before brand promotion.
- No product expires at the retailer & stockiest
- Keeping vigilance on Competitors’ marketing activities and updating the same in SFA
