- As a Research Associate III, you will play a crucial role in Product Risk Management for Kidney care products. Key responsibilities include:
- Act as the Product Risk Management Owner (PRMO) for Kidney care products.
- Understand the PRMO risk management process and conduct periodic risk reviews to ensure compliance.
- Support Product Design Owners, Technical leaders, and Change Control owners in updating risk files.
- Collaborate globally with product design owners, technical experts, and stakeholders to implement risk management plans.
- Organize, plan, and execute activities in compliance with QA/environmental regulations and standards.
- Coordinate with global plants, actively participating in quality reviews and monitoring complaints and changes.
- Ensure effective communication at a global level and provide regular project status updates.
Candidate Profile
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- Master’s in chemistry or M. Pharm with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure to medical devices and drug products.
- Knowledge of product development stages and life cycle management.
- Familiarity with Design Control documentation and processes.
