• Appointments will be based on the district-level reservation roster.
• The employment policy of the Government of Jharkhand will be followed.
• Candidates will be selected based on their performance in Academic and Technical Examinations/Written Tests/Skill tests/Interviews.
• Information regarding the Written Test/Skill Test will be published separately as required.
• Candidates who submit CGPA scorecards for educational qualifications must also provide a conversion chart.

• All appointments will be on a contract basis.
• Contracted employees cannot claim regularization.
