- This service is temporary and can be ended by the employer without prior notice if the work doesn’t meet expectations.
- Work hours at the Red Cross Medical Shop are divided into three shifts:
- First shift: 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Second shift: 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm
- Third shift: 10:00 pm to 8:00 am
- Shifts will rotate weekly based on a schedule, and the manager has the authority to make changes.
- Employees are entitled to a weekly day off, determined by the manager. They can take a maximum of 13 days off in a financial year, with a limit of 2 days per month. Any extra leave will result in a deduction from their salary. If an employee covers for another on leave, they’ll receive half the payment for that day. The manager has discretion over approving leaves.
- Employees and their immediate family members working in the shop can get necessary medicines at discounted rates, capped at Rs 3000.00 per month.
- In case of disputes, the final decision rests with the Collector and President of the Indian Red Cross Society District Branch Bilaspur.
- The proposed monthly salary for the computer operator in the Red Cross office is Rs 12000.00.
- The waiting list, in addition to the selection list, will be valid for one year.
- The number of posts will be adjusted as needed.
