Needed Qualifications and Experience:

A. Essential: Teachers from Central/State Universities or Government Higher Education Institutions with a similar position as an Associate Professor on a regular basis. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Bioanalytical Sciences, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering, demonstrating a strong history of high-quality research in Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs), focusing on studying the structure, function, and purity of rapidly advancing biologics and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). Preferable: Candidates should possess expertise in developing and applying chromatographic, spectroscopy, and labeling methods to examine the structure, dynamics, and mechanism of large biomolecular complexes. Proven expertise through publications or patents and the ability to conduct various experiments using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) to measure molecular weight, tandem MS using collision-induced dissociation (CID), ion mobility spectrometry (IMS), protein nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD), and Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) would be advantageous. Faculty applicants should have demonstrated sufficient independent research experience in supervising master’s and Ph.D. students, securing funded projects, and publishing in high-quality journals. Also, they should display a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

2. General Instructions:

  1. For NIPER Hajipur Faculty Recruitment 2024, Only Indian citizens can apply for these positions.

  16. Teaching roles have two parts for selection: (a) Seminar Presentation and (b) Interview. Visit https://niperhajipur.ac.in often. For Non-Teaching roles, it’s just interviews for NT-01 and Skill/Written Test for NT-02.
  17. A Candidate’s admission to the Written Test/Interview and subsequent process is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the call letter(s)/has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally declared by the NIPER-Hajipur.
