1. Direct Recruitment: A. Required: A Ph.D. with top grades or similar at the previous degree in the right field. You should have a consistently excellent academic record and a minimum of 5 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry. Additionally, you should have published high-quality work and gained recognition for contributing significantly to knowledge in pharmaceutical and related fields.

B. Qualifications and Experience Needed:

1. Direct Recruitment
A. Essential: A Ph.D. with top grades or equal scores in the earlier degree in the right field, with an excellent academic history, along with at least 5 years of teaching, research, or industrial experience. This should include published works that are well-known and have significantly contributed to knowledge in Pharmaceutical and related areas. Requirements and Experience Needed:

1. Direct Recruitment:

A. Necessary: A Ph.D. degree with top grades or equivalent in the relevant field, maintaining excellent academic performance. Also, a minimum of 5 years of experience in Teaching, Research, or Industry with well-known published works and a recognized contribution to knowledge in Pharmaceutical and related areas. The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in Bioanalytical Sciences, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering, demonstrating a strong history of high-quality research in Critical Quality Attributes (CQAs), focusing on studying the structure, function, and purity of rapidly advancing biologics and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). Teaching duties will involve courses in master’s and Ph.D. programs, especially in Bioanalytical Sciences. Experience in analyzing higher-dimensional structures is necessary.

B. Preferable: Candidates should possess expertise in developing and applying chromatographic, spectroscopy, and labeling methods to examine the structure, dynamics, and mechanism of large biomolecular complexes. Proven expertise through publications or patents and the ability to conduct various experiments using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LC-MS), capillary electrophoresis-mass spectrometry (CE-MS) to measure molecular weight, tandem MS using collision-induced dissociation (CID), ion mobility spectrometry (IMS), protein nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, circular dichroism (CD), and Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC) would be advantageous. 17. A Candidate’s admission to the Written Test/Interview and subsequent process is strictly provisional. The mere fact that the call letter(s)/has been issued to the candidate does not imply that his/her candidature has been finally declared by the NIPER-Hajipur.
