B Pharma Eligibility Criteria

  • For B Pharmacy, many universities have their own requirements for qualifying. The qualifying requirements that the majority of B pharmacy colleges in India adhere to are listed below.
  • The minimum eligibility criteria that almost all the colleges ask for is that the candidates applying for B. Pharm need to pass 10+2 with a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology or Math.
  • Some colleges also accept students who have studied biotechnology or life sciences instead of biology or math in 10+2.
  • Some colleges, like BITS Pilani, JSS College of Pharmacy, and PGIMS University, also take English proficiency into account.
  • Entrance exams at the national and state levels are also held to evaluate candidates’ aptitude and skill. However, the admission criteria vary from university to university. Some take admission entirely based on merit whereas others take students based on entrance scores and marks obtained in their 10+2.
