Step 1: for MP Pharmacy Council Registration, Go to the main official website and click on the profile creation section

Step 3: Inter OTP and click on the Sign-Up option.

Step 4: A new window will open where complete your eKYC process and click on submit option to complete your profile.

Step 5: After submitting, You will receive OTP on Adhaar linked mobile no., next your data will fetch automatically.

M.P Pharmacy Council Registration Process

Step 1: Visit the official website of the MPPC, and Login in using your credential as described above.
Step 2: Click on the “Registration” tab and select “New Registration”.
Step 3: Fill in the online registration form with the required details, including personal information, photo, educational qualifications, address, and internship details.

Step 4: Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents in PDF form (500 KB), including a passport-sized photograph, educational certificates, internship certificate, and proof of identity and address.
Step 5: After filling in all details, Pay the registration fee online through the payment gateway provided on the website.

Step 6: Submit the application and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.

Step 7: Now you have to book your slot/ date for the physical verification of documents at the MP Pharmacy Council address.

Note: You can only book a slot two times, and also take printouts of the same slot that you have booked for physical verification along with other documents.

Renewal Process

Step 1: Visit the official website of the MPPC.
Step 2: Log in to your profile and the option for renewal will be shown.

Step 3: Fill in the online renewal form with the required details, including personal information, registration number, and other required details.
Step 4: Upload scanned copies of the necessary documents, including a passport-sized photograph, educational mark sheet, and life certificate.
Step 5: Pay the renewal fee online through the payment gateway provided on the website.
Step 6: Submit the application and take a printout of the application form and payment receipt for future reference.
Step 7: Check the mp pharmacy Council track application status from time to time.

For offline renewal, applicants can visit the MPPC office and submit the filled-in renewal form along with the necessary documents and renewal fee.
